He raped a little girl. This man pre-planned the rape of a young girl and got away with it because he’s rich and famous. Justice should be for all, not just the poor.
To clarify, it wasn’t just statutory rape. The girl didn’t want to do anything.

My son is serving a 10 year sentence with lifetime parole for a victim-less offense. The Internet together with the Man Act part of the Patriot Act have made room for police to go onto an 18+ chat room and ride the line of prohibited and non-prohibited conversations with unknowing young men. They claim to be 15 year old young women and keep a conversation going with an overage young man and then claim that they were enticed into committing sexual acts with them. These young men are arrested tried in Federal Court and given lifetime sentences. My son has led a wonderful life. Has had no prior offenses or convictions of any kind. The Zealots of St. Lucie County arrested him understate law and as soon as we posted bail for him they detained him in a mental institution claiming that he was emotionally disturbed and a flight risk. Upon the day that the hospital could no longer keep him there legally and we were on our way to the hospital (New Horizons FL) The same detective who arrested him for the state came into the hospital with a sealed envelope claiming there was a federal arrest warrant. The hospital released my son to this Zealot (Neil Spector)and the boy was taken back to jail. Mr. Spector was in the process of being fired or asked to resign from the police force for accepting bribes from other young men with the same offense as my son in exchange for their case not going federal and serving 26 months max in State Prison. So many of the printed testimony from the Prosecuting attorney is incorrect. It seems that she heard a story and never followed the truth with a detective or intern of her own. This makes me believe she Rubber Stamped whatever she had heard. I have her testimony in black and white. His attorney was in a Disbarment Contract with the Florida Bar Association and waiting a 30 period to be disbarred. We understand that he was supposed to disclose this fact and did not. There is so much wrong with the discovery of this case that I think my son was railroaded into pleading guilty because he would get life. They told him that if he plead guilty and assisted in his own conviction he would not get life but only ten years. Now they have given him lifetime probation eliminating any hopes for him to ever lead a normal life again. Many people believe that this type of virtue testing should not be allowed. I understand that he should have gotten out of the chat room as soon as the young woman claimed to be 15. But he believed that she was role playing because her good spelling, writing and grammar convinced him that she must be older as 15 year olds in Florida tend to be lacking in the language arts. No Excuse. However do you know of anything, anyone who could help me get him off with the inconsistencies of this case? Broken Hearted
